We’re always available to speak via the phone (voice and/or text) and through email. No worries, and when we say we have flesh and bones (brain included) we mean it. No, we don’t use bots. What does that mean? Means you can submit all your documents from your couch, recliner, bed, or bathroom. Yes, from anywhere! You submit—we receive, review, and file—then—they receive (IRS-State)—then—Wala! All done, you receive what’s owed to you (your refund), or we set up a payment plan, at your request and if needed, and all done. With Ztax, the process is easy. Easier than cooking minute rice in a microwave. Yeah, that’s right!
